Description
Visitors to the New York Library on Fifth Avenue can read and study on long oak tables in the Rose Main Reading Room. The room is 78 feet wide and 297 feet long. The ceiling is fifty-two feet high and is decorated with murals of clouds. In 1998 fifteen million dollars was spend on the restoration of this great space.
